Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor-Joy was born 16 April 1996 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former Banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a psychotherapist. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish as well as English descent. Her mother's ancestry is Spanish and English. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children. Four of them are from Taylor's father's prior marriage. After living in Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor Joy stated that moving from Buenos aires to Victoria was difficult and she was not able to study English, hoping to go again to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she needed to go to after switching from Northlands. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in plays. At the age of 16 she left college and began pursuing a career as an actress full-time. From a young age Taylor-Joy had a dream to become an actress and her dreams came true when she was given the opportunity to model Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
